Hello New Featured Member! Like every content or social media site we need your permission to use your work and to be sure that you’re not “borrowing” from someone else. Please read the terms below and then check the “I approve and agree” box (#10 of the HV FEATURED MEMBER REGISTRATION) so we can start preparing your page. TERMS FOR YOU TO READ, UNDERSTAND AND APPROVE:
I agree for good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, by submitting this form, to hereby grant to you, HIERONYVISION, aka Werner Media Ventures, LLC dba Modern Media Company “MMC” or “you/your” and your successors, assigns and licensees the non-exclusive, irrevocable right, but not the obligation, to display, exhibit, use or otherwise exploit my submitted artwork(s) / content (the “Content” or “FMC”) on the HIERONYVISION.COM website (the “site”), including without limitation the exhibition, distribution, advertising and exploitation of the site and Content without time limitation throughout the universe. As used herein, Content shall mean: Original artwork, videos, recordings, music, performances, written words / copy provided by artist or approved from artist’s website or social media accounts for use on Hieronyvision. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Artwork will not be used separate or apart from the site except in limited instances of advertising or marketing of the site. I warrant and represent that I own or control the rights granted herein; am free to grant the rights granted herein; and no other permissions are required to enable you to freely use the Artwork on the website. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless you, your agents, employees, licensees, parent and subsidiaries against all claims, damages, liabilities and/or expenses, resulting from or arising out of the use of my herewith agreed upon content. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without resort to its conflict of law provisions. I agree that any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement will be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these Site Terms.
